We are seeking enthusiastic and personable women, aged 18 to 35, to join our team as door hanger distributors. As a rapidly growing waste management company, we are focused on expanding our customer base and increasing awareness of our services within specific neighborhoods. The ideal candidates must be open, kind, talkative, and in good physical shape to handle door-to-door distribution. SHIFT ONLY LASTS 4 HOURS A DAY! Very short and can fit anyone's schedule.
Responsibilities:
1. Distribute Door Hangers: Successfully display door hangers in approved neighborhoods as directed by management. Follow a specific route and ensure that all allocated areas are covered efficiently.
2. Engage with Residents: Engage residents in a friendly and professional manner when distributing door hangers. Personable communication and the ability to relay information about our services in a clear and compelling manner is crucial to this role.
3. Represent the Company: Serve as a representative of us when interacting with residents. Provide information about our waste management solutions and answer any basic questions about our services.
4. Track Leads: Keep a record of any positive responses or leads generated as a result of the door hanger distribution. Provide feedback and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
5. Bonus Opportunities: Receive generous bonuses for every successful lead or customer acquisition resulting from the door hanger distribution efforts. Bonuses will range from $50 to $250 based on the size and value of the acquired business.
Requirements:
- Physical Fitness: Capable of walking and distributing door hangers in designated neighborhoods for the duration of the workday.
- Friendly and Outgoing: Natural ability to engage with individuals and initiate conversations with potential customers.
- Basic Knowledge: Understanding of the waste management services provided by us, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are essential, as well as the ability to work independently while following provided instructions.
